Dear Friends,

I was born in Los Angeles California and my parents moved to a new suburb called Anaheim where I grew up in an all-American neighborhood consisting of many young and diverse families from all over the country and the world.

We lived in an 1150 square foot, 3-bedroom home surrounded by wonderful neighbors that all became one big family over time. I was educated in the public schools, and although my family lived on modest means, my sister Lori and I were showered with lots of love and attention. The neighborhood was safe, happy, and memorable as was our childhood. We wanted the same for our four children and chose Southwest Riverside County to start my professional life as a career Pharmacist. I opened my first pharmacy in 1983 and called it the “Temecula Pharmacy.”

Temecula had about 10,000 people when I moved there prior to incorporation. The reason we chose Southwest Riverside County as our new home was the peaceful and tranquil lifestyle. However, we found that with growth comes change and challenge. I realized that in order to promote and maintain the peaceful and tranquil lifestyle I needed to get involved in my new hometown.

I began a career of public service that has forever changed my life and thousands of others. I am forever grateful that the constituents of Temecula elected me to the city council not once,  but three times, and that I could take my ideas and accomplishments to the County of Riverside and continue my dream of helping people and families as a County Supervisor, representing the citizens of the Third District.

I do not take this responsibility lightly, and continually thank all the citizens that have supported my public career over the past 16 years. I will continue to work hard to fulfill my number one obligation of being a public official by making public safety my highest priority, continuing to build new infrastructure before development occurs, adding new parks and recreation amenities, enhancing economic development by creating new jobs here at home. I am working hard to reduce or oppose new taxes that our citizens are continually bombarded with and asked to pay.

My goal is to make the Third District of Riverside County the shining example of a safe place to live, work, and raise a family.  I encourage you to contact me, or my staff, regarding any issues you have, or share recommendations on how we can better serve you.

Regards,

Jeff Stone
